When Is a Migration Required?
A formal migration process is required if you are requesting:
A move to a different database environment
Data migration into a new account
Separation from a shared or non-paid environment into a standalone subscription
Because migrations affect system structure and billing, they must be handled through a controlled process.
How the Migration Process Works
1. Submit a Migration Request
Once you let us know you’d like to move your account or data, our team will confirm that a migration is required and provide you with the next steps.
Note: Timelines and technical effort are reviewed only after the request is formally submitted.
2. Complete the Required Authorization & Payment
To begin the migration, you’ll receive a Data Conversion Authorization Form along with pricing details.
Standard Pricing
Standard Migration: $1,000
Expedited Migration: $2,500
Important requirements before work begins:
The authorization form must be completed
Payment must be submitted
Migration work cannot start until both steps are complete.
3. Migration Review & Scheduling
After your form and payment are received:
Your request is reviewed for scope and complexity
Migration timing is scheduled based on workload and service level
Some migrations may require limited downtime depending on the request
4. Migration Execution
Our team will:
Perform the data migration
Validate data accuracy and completeness
Confirm the migration was successful
You’ll be kept informed as your request progresses.
5. Billing Activation (If Applicable)
If your migration includes moving into a paid standalone subscription:
Billing setup is coordinated after migration readiness is confirmed
Subscription activation is aligned with your go-live timing
Billing is never activated until your account is fully prepared.
6. Completion & Confirmation
Once migration work is complete:
You’ll be notified that your data move is finished
Billing confirmation will be provided if applicable
The request is closed after confirmation
