Automatically create Location and Property on insert when possible.
Addresses Tab: new button to auto-create from insured/prospect record.

CL Change Requests – Improvements

Link to filled ACORD 175 Form
Display counter in details tabs
Easier control of the number of items in collections

Change Requests & Service Requests

Ability to link change requests to service requests.
New tab in service request details showing all linked change requests.

Carrier Downloads

Additional details now displayed in Downloads tab:

Net change amount (for newer records)

Search & Navigation

New dynamic search with partial match of first + last name (two segments).
Useful Links List: new filter and column for User.

Business Types

Added new business sub-type: Returning Customer.

Automation Center

Filters in Triggers:
- New Include/Exclude capabilities on all entry condition filters allow for greater precision and control when designing automations.
