Momentum AMS gives you full control over your subscription. You can unsubscribe from either your monthly paid plan or your free trial at any time.
If you unsubscribe during a monthly billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of the cycle and will not be charged for the next month.
If you cancel during your free trial, you will continue to have access until the trial period ends, and your account will not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
This ensures there are no surprise charges and that you decide how long to keep using the platform.
Step-by-Step: How to Unsubscribe
Navigate to Subscription & Payments
Hover over your name in the top right corner of the Momentum AMS dashboard.
From the dropdown, select Subscription & Payments.
Choose Unsubscribe
On the Payments page, locate your subscription or trial details.
Click Unsubscribe to cancel your monthly subscription or free trial.

Confirm Your Choice
A confirmation popup will appear.
Click Confirm to finalize your cancellation.
Receive Confirmation
A notification will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen indicating your subscription has been successfully unsubscribed.
What Happens Next?
Monthly Paid Subscription:
You will still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
Free Trial:
You will continue to have access until the trial period ends.
Your trial will not automatically renew into a paid subscription.
