Switching Between Trial Subscriptions in Momentum AMS
  Momentum AMS provides a 30-day free trial to help you explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription. During this period, you can switch between trial plans to better match your agency’s needs.

  This guide walks you through how to change your trial subscription, what to expect during the process, and important billing considerations. 


Step-by-Step Guide: Switching Trial Subscriptions

  1. Log Into Your Account

    • Sign in to your Momentum AMS trial account with your credentials.

    • Hover over your name in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Access Subscription Settings

    • From the dropdown menu, click Subscription & Payments.

    • Here you’ll see your current trial plan, the trial expiration date, included users, and available plan comparison options.

  3. Review Available Plans

    • Momentum AMS offers four subscription tiers starting at $99/month.

    • Each plan varies by included features and number of users.

    • Add additional users if needed beyond those included in your selected plan.

  4. Select a New Trial Plan

    • From the dropdown, choose the plan that best fits your business needs.

    • Make sure to review features and limits to ensure the plan supports your agency’s workflow.

  5. Initiate the Switch

    • Click Modify Subscription to change your trial plan.

    • ⚠️ Note: When you first signed up, you provided a credit card.

      • You will not be charged during the trial.

      • After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the chosen plan unless you unsubscribe before the end of the 30-day trial.

  6. Confirm the Switch

    • Review your changes.

    • Confirm to finalize the switch.

  7. Review Confirmation

    • A success notification will appear in the bottom right of your screen.

    • You may also receive an email confirmation showing a $0.00 charge.

  8. Explore New Features

    • If your new trial plan unlocks additional features, explore them right away to make the most of your trial period.


Important Notes

  • IVANS Carrier Downloads are not available during the free trial.

  • To activate IVANS, contact the Billing Department at (801) 999-0550, option 2 to terminate your trial early and convert to a paid subscription.


Best Practices

  • Always review your selected plan before confirming to avoid being converted to the wrong tier after your trial ends.

  • Make sure any added users are accounted for when choosing your subscription.

  • If you are unsure which plan is best, compare features in the Subscription & Payments section before switching.
