Using the Support Assistant

Support Assistant Overview
  The Support Assistant in Momentum AI gives your agency instant access to answers for common support questions. Instead of searching through documentation, you can interact with the AI prompt window to get guidance immediately. It’s designed to save time, standardize answers, and help your team learn workflows faster.

Accessing the Support Assistant

  1. Log in to Momentum AMS.

  2. From the left navigation, click Momentum AMP.

  3. Select Momentum AI — this will open in a new tab.

  4. The Support Assistant opens with:

    • A chat prompt window where you can type requests, attach files, speak your request, or send a chat response.

    • Access to the Prompt Gallery to explore saved prompts and examples.

    • Quick prompts for frequently asked tasks.

    • A history of recent conversations for easy reference.

Asking Questions

  • Type your question in plain language (e.g., “How do I send a certificate of insurance?”).

  • You can also select from quick prompts such as:

    • How to send a Certificate of Insurance

    • How to manage user access and permissions

    • How to handle commissions and payments

  • The Support Assistant will respond with step-by-step guidance.

Saving Time with Prompts

  • Save your own custom prompts for activities your agency performs often.

  • Example: “Show me how to reconcile commission imports.”

  • Saved prompts appear in your Prompt Gallery so you can reuse them anytime.

Why Use the Support Assistant?

  • Quick answers reduce the need for support tickets.

  • Consistent guidance keeps workflows standardized across your team.

  • Self-service learning helps new users onboard faster.

  • Customizable prompts tailor the AI to your agency’s frequent workflows.

  • Create and save custom prompts for your agency’s most frequent tasks.
  • Always review AI-generated guidance against your agency’s compliance or management rules.
   • Provide feedback: if you spot gaps in answers, submit a ticket so we can continue improving the Support Assistant for all agencies.
