The Momentum AI Center is your agency’s smart assistant inside Momentum AMS. It helps reduce manual work by answering questions, remembering prompts, processing uploads, and even creating or updating records in your system. This article highlights some of the powerful capabilities available within the AI Center.
Accessing the Momentum AI Center
Log in to Momentum AMS.
From the left navigation, click Momentum AMP or select Momentum AI.
Alternatively you can access it from the top right by clicking on the wand.
The AI Center screen will display recent conversations, quick prompts, and tools.
Key Features
1. Support Assistant
Responds instantly to support-related queries.
Example quick prompts:
How to send a Certificate of Insurance
How to manage user access and permissions
How to handle commissions and payments
2. Upload Documents for Processing
Upload commission statements to reconcile carrier payments.
Upload declaration pages to create or update prospects, insureds, quotes, or policies.
3. Create and Save Your Own Prompts
Customize prompts for your most frequent activities.
Save them so you don’t have to retype instructions.
Example: “Upload a PDF and create a new insured with active policies.”
4. Explore AMP’s (Prebuilt Assistants)
From the Explore AMP’s menu, you can access specialized assistants:
Support Assistant – Instant answers to support questions.
AI-Powered Scans – Extract structured data from PDFs such as COIs, dec pages, or finance agreements.
Call Assistant – Summarize customer calls and extract insights.
COI Assistant – Generate certificates of insurance with guided prompts.
Report Assistant – Auto-generate and analyze reports using AI.
Trucking Market Appetite – Analyze and understand trucking insurance offerings with AI-driven insights.
