How to Use Explore AMPs

Explore AMP’s Overview
The Explore AMP’s menu in Momentum AI provides quick access to all prebuilt assistants available in the Momentum platform. Each assistant is tailored to streamline a specific workflow — from support inquiries and certificates to reporting and market appetite analysis. Explore AMP’s acts as the central hub for launching these tools.

Step 1: Access Explore AMP’s

Log in to Momentum AMS.
From the left navigation, click Momentum AMP.
Select Momentum AI (opens in a new tab).
In the AI Center, click Explore AMP’s at the bottom left.

Step 2: Choose a Prebuilt Assistant

From the Explore AMP’s menu, you can launch any of the following assistants:

Support Assistant
Get instant answers to support-related questions like issuing COIs, managing user access, or handling commissions.
AI-Powered Scans
Extract structured data from uploaded documents (e.g., dec pages, commission statements, ACORD forms).
Call Assistant
Use AI-driven calls with transcripts, follow-ups, and reminders (requires Sonant subscription).
COI Assistant
Generate certificates of insurance easily with guided form filling.
Report Assistant
Ask questions about your agency’s data and generate instant reports and insights.
Trucking Market Appetite
Analyze and understand carrier appetites for trucking risks using AI.

Step 3: Use and Save Prompts

Once inside any assistant, you can use prebuilt prompts or create your own custom prompts for frequent tasks.
Saved prompts will be available in your Prompt Gallery for reuse.

• Use Explore AMP’s as your starting point when exploring AI features in Momentum.
• Train new staff to try prebuilt assistants before submitting tickets.
• Combine assistants for more efficient workflows (e.g., ACORD Scan → COI Assistant → Support Assistant).
• Save commonly used prompts in your Prompt Gallery to standardize team workflows.
• Review all AI-generated outputs for accuracy and compliance before finalizing.
