How to Enable AI Calling

  1. Access Sonant in Momentum Toolbox

    • Go to Momentum Toolbox from the left navigation in AMS.

    • Select Sonant from the menu.

  2. Enter Configuration Details

    • Input your Customer ID.

    • Input your API Key (provided by Sonant).

  3. Subscribe & Activate

    • Click Subscribe to activate Sonant.

    • Once enabled, AI Calling is available in the Momentum AI → Call Assistant area.

Using AI Calling

  • After activation, you can place AI-driven calls directly from Call Assistant.

  • Example use cases:

    • Renewal reminder calls.

    • Quote intake calls.

    • Follow-up or servicing calls.

  • Each call produces a recap, follow-up actions, and transcripts that can be stored in Momentum AMS.

  • Test AI calls internally before using with clients to confirm call flow.
• Always review AI-generated call notes and transcripts before finalizing.
