AI-Powered Scans in Momentum AI transform your uploaded PDFs, images, and policy documents into structured data that can be used directly inside Momentum AMS. These scans reduce manual entry, speed up servicing, and make it easier to reconcile carrier statements and manage insureds.
Accessing AI-Powered Scans
Log in to Momentum AMS.
From the left navigation, click Momentum AMP.
Select Momentum AI (opens in a new tab).
In the AI Center, click AI Scans to view all available scan options.
Available Scan Types
Driving License Scan
Captures data from a PDF/image of a driver’s license and converts it into a smart form that can be attached to a driver record in AMS.Invoice Scan
Extracts data from invoices and creates endorsements directly in Momentum AMS.Commission Scan
Captures data from carrier PDF statements, converts to CSV, and allows direct import for commission reconciliation.Policy Summarize
Upload a policy document and receive a structured summary for quick review.Policy Compare
Upload two or more policy documents and generate a comparison highlighting changes and differences.Acord Scan
