The Tasks Reports in Momentum AMS provide insight into the status, priority, and distribution of work across your team. These reports help you track progress on assigned tasks, identify bottlenecks, and ensure workloads are balanced. By monitoring task activity, managers can improve productivity, meet deadlines, and maintain a clear picture of operational performance.
Accessing Task Reports
From the Interactive Reports menu, select Tasks.
Choose from the available report types:
Task Status & Priority Reports
By Status – View open, in-progress, completed, and overdue tasks.
By Priority – Identify tasks marked as high, medium, or low priority.
Assignment & Responsibility Reports
By Assigned – See all tasks assigned to a specific team member.
By Supervisor – View tasks managed or overseen by a particular supervisor.
By Creator – Track tasks created by specific users.
Organizational & Workflow Reports
By Category – Review tasks grouped by predefined categories such as "Renewals" or "Claims."
By Location – Monitor tasks by agency office or service location.
By Tag – Filter tasks using custom tags for project-specific tracking.
By Work Group – View workload distribution across teams.
Task Aging Reports
By Stale Days – Identify tasks that have gone inactive without updates.
Filtering for Insights
Apply filters to drill into specific task sets:
Date Range – Focus on tasks created, updated, or due within a certain time frame.
Assigned User – Analyze the workload of individual employees.
Priority Level – Quickly find high-priority items.
Category or Tag – Narrow focus to specific projects or workflows.

Sorting and Grouping
Sort by Due Date to address the most urgent work first.
Group by Assigned to balance workloads between team members.
Group by Category to monitor project progress.
Exporting Results
Click Export to create shareable task lists for team meetings.
Save filtered report views for recurring operational reviews.
Best Practices
Review Tasks by Stale Days weekly to keep workflows moving.
