The Quotes Reports in Momentum AMS give you a detailed view of your quoting activity across carriers, MGAs, agents, and lines of business. These reports help you measure quoting volume, identify conversion opportunities, and spot patterns in business you’re pursuing — even if it doesn’t bind.
By tracking quoting trends, you can improve win rates, allocate resources more effectively, and focus on markets that produce results.
Accessing Quotes Reports
From the Interactive Reports menu, select the Quotes category.
Choose the report type that best fits your analysis needs, such as:
Quotes by Carrier – Quoting activity segmented by carrier.
Quotes by MGA – Volume of quotes issued through MGAs.
Quotes by Line of Business – Quoting patterns by coverage type.
Quotes by Agent – Individual producer quote activity.
Quotes by Quote Stage – Pipeline view by quoting stage.
Quotes by Parent Carrier – Group quote volume by parent company.
Quotes by Premium Sent – Premium amounts quoted to carriers.
Filtering for Insights
Use filters to target your analysis:
Date Range – Compare quoting activity month-over-month or year-over-year.
Agent – Focus on quotes from a specific producer.
Line of Business – Review quotes for niche markets like Cyber or EPLI.
Quote Stage – Identify quotes that are pending, won, or lost.
Tags – Isolate quotes tied to targeted marketing efforts.

Sorting and Grouping

Click Export to download your filtered results into Excel or PDF for analysis or sharing.
Save frequent filter combinations as a default view for quick access.
