How to Use Interactive Reports in Momentum AMS
Interactive Reports in Momentum AMS give you the power to view, filter, and analyze data from across your agency in real time. Whether you’re tracking policies, monitoring production, reviewing commissions, or analyzing team activity, these reports provide flexible filtering, grouping, and exporting options to fit your workflow.

You can run reports at the agency level or filter them down to specific agents, carriers, insureds, or timeframes — all without needing to export to Excel first.

Accessing Interactive Reports

  1. From your Momentum AMS dashboard, click Interactive Reports in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Use the All Reports dropdown or select from the listed categories (Policies, Quotes, Insureds, Prospects, Production & Revenue, etc.).

  3. Click on the report name you want to run.

Using Report Filters

Each report includes filter options at the top of the page to narrow down your results. Common filters include:

  • Date Ranges – Choose specific transaction, due, or create date ranges.

  • Agent / CSR – See results for a single producer or CSR.

  • Carrier / MGA – Focus on business with a specific carrier or MGA.

  • Line of Business – Review data by commercial auto, general liability, workers’ comp, etc.

  • Tags – Pull data for records with specific tags applied.

? Tip: You can combine multiple filters for highly targeted reporting. For example, “Policies by Carrier” filtered to last quarter and Commercial Auto only.

Sorting and Grouping Data

  • Click on any column header to sort results ascending or descending.

  • Use the Group By dropdown (if available) to view data grouped by agent, carrier, LOB, or another category.

  • Many reports allow multi-level grouping for deeper analysis.

Exporting and Saving Reports

  • Export to Excel/PDF – Use the export icons at the top-right of the report to download your data.

  • Save as Default View – If you use certain filters often, save them so your report always loads that way.

  • Print – Print a formatted version directly from the report screen.

Common Report Uses

  • Identify your top-producing agents and carriers.

  • Track quote-to-bind ratios by line of business.

  • Monitor commission receivables and payments.
