The Task Overview Pipeline in Momentum AMS is a visual, Kanban-style board that lets you monitor the status and workflow stage of all tasks across your agency. It’s one of the most powerful tools for managing operational workload, ensuring follow-up, and keeping service timelines on track.
This article explains how to access the pipeline, interpret what you see, and use it to move tasks forward.
Where to Find the Task Overview Pipeline
Go to Left Navigation → Pipelines
Select Task Overview
You’ll be taken to a board view organized by Task Categories and Stages.
Each column on the board represents a Stage within a Category. Each card is an individual Task.
What You’ll See on the Board
Each task card includes:
Task Title
Due Date
Assigned User
Linked Insured or Policy (hover for details)
Color-coded priority or urgency
Stage position on the board
The top of each column shows the Stage Name (e.g., Loss Runs, Driver List) and the number of open tasks in that stage.
You can switch between Categories using a dropdown at the top of the board.
Using the Pipeline to Manage Tasks
✅ Move Tasks Between Stages
Drag and drop tasks from one stage to another to reflect workflow progress
The system will update the task’s Stage field accordingly
Reassign or Edit Tasks
Click a task card to open its detail window
From here, you can change:
Assigned user
Due date
Notes and comments
Status (e.g., In Progress, Completed)
Filter Tasks
At the top of the Pipeline screen, use filters to narrow down:
Assigned to (user or role)
Due date range
Status (Open, In Progress, Overdue)
Category or Stage
Use Cases for the Pipeline View
CSRs can monitor all tasks assigned to them for the day
Managers can track overdue tasks across departments
Renewal teams can track progress of items like driver lists or quotes
Admins can audit incomplete tasks by stage
Clicking into a task also lets you add comments, upload attachments, or mark the task complete.
✅ Marking Tasks as Complete
From the task card or detail view:
Change the Status field to Completed
Or use the checkmark icon (if visible in pipeline view)
Completed tasks will be removed from the pipeline by default (you can choose to show them using filters).
