Momentum AMP includes an Agency PIN Code field in the agency profile. The PIN is used for enhanced verification and security checks when your agency interacts with Momentum Support or performs sensitive actions. This extra layer of authentication helps ensure that only authorized users can access or update key information.
When to Use This
Use the Agency PIN Code when:
Contacting Momentum Support for account-related assistance.
Performing sensitive updates in your agency profile.
Verifying your agency’s identity for security checks.
How It Works
The Agency PIN Code is stored in your Agency Profile.
Only users with proper permissions can view the PIN under the Actions > View PIN option (see screenshot).
The PIN is unique to your agency and should not be shared outside of authorized personnel.
When requested, provide the PIN to verify identity during support calls, account changes, or integrations.
Key Notes & Best Practices
Store the PIN securely and share it only with agency administrators or trusted staff.
Do not reuse the PIN across other systems.
If you believe your PIN has been compromised, update it immediately in your Agency Profile settings.
Momentum Support will never ask for your passwords — only your Agency PIN when required for verification.
Troubleshooting
Can’t view the PIN? Make sure you have the correct user role permissions to access agency-level settings.
Forgot or lost the PIN? An administrator can reset it under Agency > Profile > Actions > View PIN.
PIN not accepted during verification? Double-check you are providing the most recent PIN saved in the system.
