Input 1 Payment Configuration Guide for Momentum AMS

Overview
This article explains how to configure the Input 1 payment integration with Momentum AMP. Setting this up ensures your agency can accept payments securely and sync them with Momentum’s system.

When to Use This

Use this process when:

  • Your agency is setting up Input 1 payments for the first time.

  • You need to integrate payment processing between Input 1 and Momentum AMP.

  • You are troubleshooting or updating existing payment credentials.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Obtain Credentials from Input 1 Support

Before starting, contact the Input 1 Support Team to request the following:

  • Integration Scenario ID

  • Company Code

  • Site ID

  • Email Address

  • Password

Step 2: Enter Credentials in Momentum AMP

  1. Log in to Momentum AMP.

  2. Navigate to Agency > Profile > Configure API.

  3. Enter the credentials under the Input 1 API Settings section.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Step 3: Configure Input 1 Dashboard

  1. Log in to the Input 1 Dashboard at: https://www.input1payments.com/

  2. Navigate to Payment Page Design > Custom Fields.

  3. Add the required custom fields exactly as provided in the Input 1 setup documentation.

  4. Go to Page Layout and Design and verify the payment screen matches the required layout.

Step 4: Set Up Post-Payment Actions

  1. Navigate to Post-Payment Actions and Integrations.

  2. Add a New Redirect Action with the exact values shown in the Input 1 setup guide.

    • If the Environment has already been added by Input 1 Support, only modify the Redirect Section.

  3. Save your changes.

Key Notes & Best Practices

  • Always double-check field names and settings in Input 1 — incorrect setup can cause failed payments.

  • If you receive credentials from Input 1 Support, store them securely.

  • Test your payment flow after setup by running a small transaction.

Troubleshooting

  • Invalid login when connecting? Verify that your Site ID, Company Code, and Scenario ID are entered exactly as provided by Input 1.

  • Custom fields not showing? Ensure you created them under the correct section (Payment Page Design > Custom Fields) with the exact names.

  • Redirect not working? Re-check the Redirect Section values in the Post-Payment Actions tab and confirm you saved changes.
