How to Cancel Your Momentum CRM (Automate 365) Subscription

How Do I Know if I Have Momentum CRM (Automate 365)?

You are using Momentum CRM (Automate 365) if:

  • You log into the CRM at automate.nowcerts.com.

  • Inside your CRM account, you can go to Settings → Billing and see an active subscription.


When to Use This

Use this process when your agency:

  • Is no longer using Momentum CRM (Automate) and wishes to cancel its subscription.

  • Needs to disconnect CRM integrations from Momentum AMS.

  • Wants to stop future CRM-related billing and charges.


Important Notes Before Submitting a Cancellation Request

Before requesting cancellation, your agency must complete the following steps:

  1. Stop all automations

    • Deactivate any workflows, campaigns, or triggers running inside Momentum CRM.

  2. Remove contacts and data

    • Delete or export any contacts, pipelines, or custom objects you wish to retain.

  3. Disconnect integrations

    • Remove all connected email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

    • Disconnect phone system integrations (e.g., Twilio, Lightspeed Voice, RingCentral, etc.).

  4. Understand the scope of Momentum’s role

    • Momentum will only disconnect the CRM from your AMS and stop future billing.

    • Agencies are fully responsible for cleaning up their CRM environment prior to cancellation.


Step 1: Submit the CRM Cancellation Request

To begin the cancellation process, you must complete the official request form below:

Once submitted, the request is automatically assigned to the Momentum CRM Team for processing.


Step 2: CRM Team Review and Disconnection

After receiving your request:

  • The CRM Team will review your account and confirm disconnection from your Momentum AMS instance.

  • Once confirmed, all future CRM billing will stop.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the cancellation is complete.

⚠️ Note: Canceling Momentum CRM does not affect your Momentum AMS account. AMS subscriptions are managed separately and can be canceled directly by unsubscribing from your billing page. For AMS cancellation instructions, see:

Key Notes & Best Practices

  • Data stored in Momentum CRM will no longer be accessible once disconnected.

  • Export any needed contacts, automations, or reports before submission.

  • Momentum cannot recover CRM data after disconnection.

  • Ensure all billing-related questions are directed to help@nowcerts.com.
