How to Cancel Your Momentum CRM (Automate 365) Subscription

How Do I Know if I Have Momentum CRM (Automate 365)?

You are using Momentum CRM (Automate 365) if:

  • You log into the CRM at automate.nowcerts.com.

  • Inside your CRM account, you can go to Settings → Billing and see an active subscription.


How to Cancel Momentum CRM (Automate 365)

  1. Log into your CRM account at automate.nowcerts.com.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing.

  3. Confirm that you have an active subscription.

  4. Use this secure cancellation link to cancel your subscription:

If You Don’t See a Subscription

  • If you do not see billing details or an active subscription in your CRM account, please submit a support ticket or email help@nowcerts.com so our team can assist you.

 Check the URL you use to log in: - If it starts with automate.nowcerts.com, you’re in Momentum CRM (Automate 365). - If you’re inside Momentum AC (Automation Center), do not use the link above — submit a ticket instead.
