The Momentum AMS Webmail platform allows you to connect your email directly into the AMS, making it easy to organize, search, and manage your messages without switching systems. Once synced, your email becomes fully integrated with your AMS workflows, helping you keep all client communications in one place.
⚠ Important: Even if you don’t plan to use Webmail within Momentum AMS for day-to-day email management, it’s critical that Webmail is configured — at least for your Admin account. Without this connection, items like certificates, invoices, and other system-generated emails will send from Momentum AMS servers rather than your own domain, making them far more likely to land in spam folders. Connecting Webmail ensures those emails are sent from your agency’s domain, improving deliverability.
1️⃣ Access the Webmail Module
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Webmail. This will open the Webmail login page for your Momentum AMS account.
- You will then be taken to a page where you can login to your Momentum accounts.
2️⃣ Connect Your Email Account
Once on the Webmail page:
Click Connect Account.
Select your email provider and follow the on-screen prompts to grant access.
3️⃣ Special Note for Gmail Users
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite / Gmail for Business) accounts: No setup fee.
Personal Gmail accounts: Subject to a one-time $100 setup/certification fee required by Google for third-party integration. This fee is charged by Google, not Momentum AMS.
4️⃣ Complete the Sync
Follow the remaining prompts for your selected provider to complete the sync. Once connected, you can:
Read and send emails directly from Momentum AMS
Link emails to insured records
Organize your inbox using AMS tags and folders
Best Practice Tip:
If you are a Google Workspace user, we recommend completing the Google Workspace Setup for Webmail steps first to ensure a smooth connection process.
