The Agency Profile in Momentum AMS centralizes your agency’s identity, branding, permissions, and operational settings.
Changes here impact how your agency name, contact info, workflows, and user experience appear across the entire system.
Note: Only Agency Admins have access to the Agency Profile settings, although some items (such as themes) can also be customized individually in a user’s profile.
1️⃣ Access the Agency Profile
Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of Momentum AMS.
(If you’re on a grandfathered plan, you may be viewing the agency profile by default. In older plans, the agency name may display instead of your individual user name.)Click Agency Profile.
Note: If you do not see this option, you do not have Agency Admin permissions.
