Overview

Momentum AMS onboarding is designed as a self-guided (DIY) experience that allows your agency to move at your own pace during your 30-day trial.

All onboarding materials, updates, tasks, and training resources are available inside your LaunchBay account.

We recommend starting with Momentum University and progressing through the onboarding checklist in order.

Access Your LaunchBay Account

Your LaunchBay account is your primary onboarding hub.

Inside LaunchBay, you will find:

  • Momentum University training courses

  • Onboarding tasks

  • Resource links

  • Support scheduling options (if applicable)

  • Updates related to your trial

Best Practice: Bookmark your LaunchBay login and check it regularly for updates.


Complete Momentum University

Before configuring your agency, complete the appropriate training path based on your role.

Twice-a-Day Webinars

As part of your 30-day trial, your team can attend live onboarding webinars twice per day, Tuesday through Friday.

  • Morning Session – Covers core navigation and foundational workflows.

  • Afternoon Session – Covers advanced workflows, billing, reporting, and specialized topics.

Best Practices for DIY Onboarding Success

  • Complete University First – Establish baseline knowledge.

  • Follow the Correct Training Path – Assign roles appropriately.

  • Use LaunchBay as Your Source of Truth – Updates and resources live there.

  • Practice in the System – Hands-on repetition builds confidence.

  • Maintain Naming Consistency – Especially during setup and testing.

  • Ask Support Specific Questions – After reviewing University and the manual.
