Momentum Release Notes – 01/08/2026

Overview
 This release adds new filters, columns, actions, and access requirements across list menus, interactive reports, AI actions, and system UI. These updates improve reporting flexibility, bulk management, keyboard navigation, and compliance when accessing regulated forms. 

List Menus & Filters

Policies, Quotes & Renewal Center

  • Added Policy Term as a selectable filter in list menu filters.

  • Improves sorting and visibility across multi-term and rewritten policies.

Tag Details

  • Added Tag Details to all Change Requests list menus.

  • Makes it easier to review and filter tagged service activity.


Interactive Reports

Agency Commissions Based on Rules

Added new filters:

  • Agent

  • CSR

  • Location

These filters provide more granular insight into commission performance by role and office.


Production & Revenue by Policy

Added new columns:

  • Agent Commission

  • Commission Received

  • Commission Balance

This enhances visibility into earned vs. outstanding commissions at the policy level.


List Menu Actions & Grid Actions

Workers Compensation

  • Actions menu dropdown now uses Grid Actions.

  • Added Location Information as an available grid action.


General Liability

  • Actions menu dropdown now uses Grid Actions.

  • Added Schedule of Hazard as an available grid action.


Bulk Actions

Agent Charges

Added new options to the Bulk Actions menu:

  • Change Date

  • Change Description

These options simplify batch updates to agent charge records.


AI Actions

Insured Details

  • Added Task Summary to the AI Actions menu.

  • Provides a quick AI-generated overview of tasks associated with the insured.


UI & System Updates

Upsell Indicator

  • Added a feedback option.

  • Included minor rendering and display updates for improved clarity.


Info Center

  • Pop-up modals for Insureds, Prospects, Policies, and Quotes can now be closed using the Escape (Esc) key.

  • Improves keyboard navigation and accessibility.


Access & Compliance

ACORD Forms

  • Added an additional End User License Agreement (EULA) requirement when accessing ACORD forms.

  • Users must accept the agreement before continuing.
