Renewal Center – Upsell Indicator Expansion
Upsell indicators have been expanded to support streaming to load and now include multiple additional lines of business.
This enhancement provides broader visibility into cross-sell and upsell opportunities during renewal review.
Insured Items – Clone Option
General Liability and Workers Compensation insured items now support cloning.
This allows users to quickly duplicate insured items, reducing repetitive data entry and speeding up policy setup.
Change Requests – Tags
Change Requests now support tags, including the ability to:

This improves organization and makes it easier to filter and manage service-related activity.

Added a new Description search filter, making it easier to locate and review specific agency fee entries.
Global Search
Driver searches now also consider the driver’s license number, improving accuracy when locating driver records.
Invoices & Receipts
Added a new Payment Received Date search filter to help agencies more easily track and reconcile incoming payments.
Interactive Reports
The Insured and Prospect By Activity Numbers report now includes a Name search filter, allowing for faster lookup and targeted reporting.
