Configurable Panels – Insured and Prospect Pages
Users can now configure which panels are visible on Insert and Edit pages for Insureds and Prospects.
This allows agencies to tailor the interface to their workflow — hiding unnecessary sections for a cleaner experience.
Configurators Hub – Insert/Edit Configurator Added
A new Insert/Edit Configurator has been added to the Configurators Hub, centralizing control for page visibility and layout preferences.
Toolbox Shortcut
Added a new shortcut to Momentum Toolbox, providing faster access to AI tools such as Certificate Scan, Commission Scan, and Document Automation directly from the main interface.
Data Quality & Management
Data Quality Tools – Data Mismatch Filters
Added new filters for Insured Agent and Policy Agent within the Data Mismatch report.
These additional filters make it easier to locate and resolve inconsistencies between insured and policy-level data.
Contact Management – Merge Contacts
Users can now merge duplicate contacts under the same Insured or Prospect record.
Streamlines data cleanup and prevents redundant contact entries from appearing in communication logs.
Agency Overview & Financial Tools
Agency Overview – Carrier/MGA Trends
Added a new Annualized Premium column to the Carrier/MGA Trends view.
This provides clearer insight into carrier-level performance and book of business growth.
Policies & Quotes – Billing Overview Enhancements
Added the ability to Save Billing Overview as PDF directly from the Policy or Quote Details page.

Interactive Reports – Retention Ratio By*
Enhanced Retention Ratio reports now exclude flat-cancel policies from calculations.
Provides a more accurate reflection of true retention performance by filtering out short-term or nullified transactions.
Local Database Reports
Added two new reports:
Agency Usage – Tracks system usage metrics across key areas such as policy management, billing, and certificates.
Agency Usage Averages – Displays benchmark data comparing agency performance to average system activity.
System & Operations
Landing Site – Status Page Added
Introduced a new System Status Page to display live service information.
Shows whether the Momentum platform is fully operational or if there are known performance issues, scheduled maintenance, or outages.
Accessible directly from the main login screen or Help menu for transparency and real-time updates.
