Momentum Release Highlights – October 16, 2025

This release introduces several new features and enhancements across Momentum AMS, improving reporting capabilities, workflow visibility, and overall usability. Below is a detailed summary of what’s new and updated in this version.

New Features & Enhancements

Interactive Reports

Agency Commissions Based on Rules:
Added the ability to display commissions starting from endorsements — even when no actual commission record has been created.
Book of Business (Annualized):
Introduced a new Effective Date filter to refine searches and reporting accuracy.

Sales Goals

Added a Copy Action for faster duplication of sales goals between agents and office locations.
This simplifies setup when establishing goals for multiple users with similar targets.

Endorsements

Added Grid Actions on the Overview screen for easier data management.
New option to Save Endorsement Overview as PDF for recordkeeping or sharing.

Note Types

Added the ability to Show or Hide Note Types from the interface.
This gives agencies better control over which note categories are visible for use.

Workflow Checklists

Added a Checklist Indicator on Policy Details and Quote Details within the General Information Panel.
Users can now quickly see if a workflow checklist is active for that record.

Agent Commission Rules

Introduced a new Commissionable Agent column in the rules grid for improved visibility and filtering.

Dynamic / Global Search

Enhanced the search engine to include secondary and tertiary emails for insureds and prospects.
This improvement makes it easier to find records when multiple email addresses are associated with a contact.

System Reports & Database Updates

Local Database Report:
Added a new report showing Agencies by Number of Insureds/Prospects that have a ‘Momentum Edge’ referral source.
This helps track referral-based growth and marketing attribution.

UI & Agency-Specific Updates

Inskraft Insurance Agency:
Health panels have been hidden from Insured / Prospect Insert & Edit pages for this agency.
Removed “Beta” label from all Momentum Rate! links in the system.
