Interactive Reports – By Insured (Parent Type Selector)

• Added the ability to select the parent type (Insured or Prospect) when running the “By Insured” Interactive Report.

• Allows more flexible analysis of books of business and pipelines.

Interactive Reports – Task Assignment by Agency/Location

• Added options to assign tasks directly to an agency or specific location from Interactive Reports.

• Improves workload routing and ownership for multi-office agencies.

Interactive Reports – Workflow Checklist Assignment by Agency/Location

• Added support to assign workflow checklists to an agency or location.

• Makes it easier to launch standardized processes (renewals, onboarding, service workflows) for the correct team.

Batch Actions – Change Agency Location (with Policy Move Option)

• New batch action to change the agency location for Insureds/Prospects.

• Includes a checkbox to move associated policies at the same time, ideal for book rolls or office reassignment.

Primary Menu Configurator – Custom Icons for External Links

• You can now select custom icons for first-level external links in the side navigation.

• Helps external tools feel visually consistent with core Momentum menu items.

Global Equipment List – Side Navigation Configuration

• The Global Equipment List can now be added into the new side navigation.

• Provides quick, centralized access to equipment schedules across accounts.

Insureds, Prospects & Policy Management

Data Quality Tools – Additional Options for Policy Duplicates

• Expanded the Policy Duplicates check with new options and criteria.

• Improves accuracy when identifying and cleaning up duplicate policy records.

Renewal Center – Current Term & Full Term Columns

• Added new columns for Current Term and Full Term in the Renewal Center.

• Gives more context on policy history and helps spot unusual or rewritten terms at renewal.

Drivers List – Expanded Address Columns

• Added Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, and Zip Code as available columns.

• These fields are also included in exports for more complete driver reporting.

Vehicles List – Deductible Fields with XML Backup

• Updated the Vehicles List so deductible values are also checked in the XML portion of carrier downloads.

• Ensures deductibles appear correctly even when carriers store them only in XML.

Claims Summary by AI

• Introduced an AI-generated Claims Summary for insureds.

• Provides concise natural-language overviews of claim history to support renewals, remarketing, and client reviews.

Communication & Templates

Description Templates – Rich Text for Notes/SMS

• The Template Category for Notes and SMS now uses a rich text editor instead of a plain textarea.

• Allows formatted templates (bold, lists, links, etc.) for clearer, more professional communication.

Momentum CRM

Momentum CRM Page – New Pricing Panel Preview

• Updated the Automate/CRM page with a new pricing panel preview.

• Improves clarity when reviewing or discussing pricing options with agencies.
