You can manage your Momentum AMS subscription settings, including plan changes and user seat adjustments, directly within your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Momentum AMS account.
Click your profile name in the top-right corner of the page.
From the drop-down menu, select Subscription and Payments.
In this section, you can:
Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
Add or remove user seats to match your active team
Important Reminder
If you are removing a user, you must:
Go to the Agents tab and remove their access first.
Then return to Subscription and Payments to remove the extra seat, if you do not wish to keep it open.
Failing to remove the extra seat after revoking access means you’ll still be billed for that additional seat.
Tip
If you’re adjusting multiple users or plans at once, it’s best to make all changes in a single session to avoid billing discrepancies on your next invoice.
