  Momentum AMS offers a range of Property, Vehicle, and Claim Reports that help agencies track insured assets and loss activity. These reports are essential for managing risk exposure, identifying portfolio trends, and supporting underwriting or renewal decisions. By segmenting data by location, usage, and claim status, agencies can make informed recommendations to clients and carriers. 


Accessing Property, Vehicle, and Claim Reports

From the Interactive Reports menu, you can access three key categories:

Property Reports

  • By State – See insured properties grouped by state.

  • By Property Use – Track properties by primary use (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).

  • By Insured – View all properties linked to a specific client.

  • By Policy – Find properties tied to a specific policy.

  • By Zip Code – Identify geographic concentration of risk.

  • By City – Narrow property exposure to city level.

Vehicle Reports

  • By Type – View vehicles by category (e.g., private passenger, commercial truck).

  • By Year – Track insured vehicle ages for risk and valuation purposes.

  • By Make – Review vehicle brands across your portfolio.

  • By Model – Identify specific vehicle models insured.

  • By Type of Use – Segment vehicles by use (e.g., business, personal).

  • By Insured – See all vehicles tied to a specific insured.

  • By Policy – View vehicles under a specific policy.

Claim Reports

  • By Type – Review claims by type (e.g., auto, property, liability).

  • By Status – Monitor claims in open, pending, or closed status.

  • By State – Group claims by the state in which they occurred.

  • By Tag – Filter claims by custom tags for specialized tracking.

  • By Carrier – See claims volume and activity by carrier.

  • By Agent – Review claims tied to specific agents.

  • By Insured – View all claims submitted by a client.

  • By Policy – See all claims linked to a policy.


Filtering for Insights

Use filters to refine reports:

  • Date Range – Focus on recent activity or historical patterns.

  • Carrier or MGA – Identify asset or claims trends by market.

  • Location – Filter by state, city, or zip code.

  • Usage Type – Narrow vehicles or properties by primary purpose.

Sorting and Grouping

  • Group by Insured to see all related properties, vehicles, or claims for a single client.

  • Sort by Date of Loss to prioritize recent claim follow-up.

  • Group by State for geographic exposure analysis.


Exporting Results

  • Click Export to share reports with underwriters or internal teams.

  • Save filtered views for quarterly portfolio reviews or renewal prep.


Best Practices

  • Regularly review Vehicle Age Reports to spot potential coverage or replacement needs.

  • Use Property by Location reports for catastrophe risk planning.

  • Monitor Claims by Carrier to identify trends that may impact carrier relationships.
