Accessing the Navigation Palette

You can open the Navigation Palette in three convenient ways:

• Palette Icon: Click the Navigation Palette icon at the top of your screen, next to the "+" button.

• Type “Menu”: Start typing the word menu in the global search bar, and the Navigation Palette will appear as a search result.

• Keyboard Shortcut: Press CTRL+M to instantly open the Navigation Palette.

Using the Palette Configurator

The Palette Configurator makes it easy to personalize your Navigation Palette:

1. Open the Configurator

   • Click the Configure button within the Navigation Palette.

2. Add Items

   • Momentum Menu Items: Add direct shortcuts to any module or feature.

   • Reports: Pin your most-used reports.

   • Pages: Link to important pages within Momentum.

   • External Links: Add websites, tools, or resources you use regularly.

3. Organize with Sections

   • Group related items into custom sections such as Client Management, Policy Servicing, or Marketing.

4. Drag and Drop

   • Reorder items or move them between sections with simple drag-and-drop functionality.

Customizing with Sections

Sections keep your Navigation Palette tidy and efficient:

• Create Meaningful Groups: Keep similar tools together.

• Separate Internal & External Links: Make it clear which shortcuts lead to Momentum features and which go outside the system.

• Prioritize Key Items: Place your most-used shortcuts at the top for instant access.
