The CSR / Non-Admin Training Path is part of the Non-Agency Admin Training Path at Momentum University. It is designed for Account Managers, CSRs, new employees, and other non-admin users who handle policies, certificates, billing, and daily operations.
This path includes 2.5 hours of video content plus quick reference guides, broken into 9 short, focused courses. Most lessons are under 3 minutes, providing hands-on guidance within Momentum AMS.
Completing all nine courses will prepare you to confidently navigate Momentum AMS and perform daily servicing tasks efficiently.

1. Momentum AMS Basics
Time Commitment: ~16 minutes
Skills Covered:
Navigation and layout of Momentum AMS.
Customizing the left navigation menu.
Using dynamic search and common icons.
Accessing pipelines and dashboards.
Outcome: Confidently move through the system and locate the features needed for daily work.
2. Service Requests
Time Commitment: ~28 minutes
Skills Covered:
Creating and assigning service requests.
Tracking request progress in the pipeline view.
Updating and closing requests.
Outcome: Efficiently manage incoming client requests from creation to resolution.
3. Momentum User Guiding
Time Commitment: ~6 minutes
Skills Covered:
Using built-in system guides for quick help.
Accessing step-by-step walkthroughs inside Momentum AMS.
Outcome: Use in-system guidance to learn new features without leaving the platform.
4. Momentum Icons
Time Commitment: ~11 minutes
Skills Covered:
Understanding the meaning of common icons across Momentum AMS.
Using icons for quick navigation and feature access.
Outcome: Recognize and use icons effectively to speed up your work.
5. Tasks, Categories, and Stages
Time Commitment: ~9 minutes

6. Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

7. Commercial Prospect/Insured Workflow

8. Momentum Billing and Invoicing

9. PDF Form Mapping

Completion Requirement
All nine courses must be completed before starting live workflow training with a Momentum AMS trainer.
