The most common reason is a change made to your account, which may result in a prorated charge or refund that appears in your next billing cycle. Why Was My Discount Removed?
At Momentum AMS, we pride ourselves on supporting small businesses, and we occasionally offer discounts to new agencies (such as discounted users) to help them get started. However, these discounts are not permanent; they typically last between 6 months to a year, and agencies are informed of this timeframe at the beginning of their subscription.
Currently, we do not have a system in place to automatically notify agencies when a discount is removed. Please keep in mind that Momentum AMS reserves the right to modify or remove any discounts at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

This feature is only available for accounts on our New Pricing Plans. Unfortunately, customers on Grandfathered Old Plans do not have access to this functionality within their profile.
