Work Groups
PrintNowCerts is introducing an easy way to organize Agents and CSR's within your agency. Work Groups will offer you an easy way to filter and allow items to be filtered to show multiple agents assigned to a specific group.
To set this up either click on your profile by hovering over your name in the top right corner and then clicking on the profile or agency profile depending on which account you are signed into.
To create a new one click add new and then add agents and name the group. You can always edit these to add more agents or you can add a task group when editing an agent.
Within Tasks, you will now see the option to filter by the task group. This will display any task that is assigned to any agent that is a part of the group/groups you are filtered to. If your agent is assigned to a groups they will see the first group you assigned them to which is their primary one.
