What do I do if My Download Carrier is Not in IVANS?
PrintSome Carriers choose to download using the "TeamUp" bridge. In this case, Carriers will help set up a TeamUp account (Progressive uses their own version of TeamUp called "Downloader Plus") to which AL3 files will be sent. You will save these data sessions to a computer drive of your choice (usually, a "Local Disk (C:)") drive. Then, go to your "Carrier Downloads" (from the main navigation menu on the left; 1) and click on "Upload AL3 Files" located in the top right corner (2). These data sessions will then be found in your "List of Sessions" where you should "View and Merge" like/similar data sessions from IVANS (3).
