Start a New Chat

To begin a new conversation:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click New Chat.
  2. Click inside the message box.
  3. Type your request or question using natural language.
  4. Press Enter or click Send to begin the conversation. 

You can ask questions, request reports, summarize documents, automate tasks, or ask the AI to help complete work within connected systems.


Continue an Existing Conversation

If you've already discussed a topic, you can return to that conversation instead of starting over.

To access previous chats:

  1. Click Chat History from the left navigation.
  2. Browse or search your previous conversations.
  3. Select the conversation you want to reopen.
  4. Continue the discussion from where you left off. 

This is especially useful for ongoing projects, multi-step workflows, or referencing previous AI responses.


When Should You Start a New Chat?

Starting a new chat is recommended when:
