Your browser stores cached images and files to help websites load faster. Occasionally, this can cause Momentum AMS to display older information or prevent recent updates from appearing correctly. Clearing only the cached images and files refreshes the page without removing your saved website logins or browsing history.
When Should You Clear Your Cache?
Clearing cache is recommended when:
- A page looks outdated after a recent system update
- Buttons or screens are not displaying correctly
- Something appears broken after a reported fix
- You are seeing old information that should have changed
- Support recommends refreshing your browser data
It is also a good maintenance step to do occasionally even if no issue is present.
