Momentum Autofill Chrome Extension

1. Information We Access and Process

The Extension is designed to eliminate manual data entry by injecting your existing Momentum AMS client data into third-party websites (such as carrier portals). To provide this functionality, the Extension accesses the following:

• Momentum AMS Data: The Extension securely retrieves customer data (such as Insured details, policy info, and contact fields) directly from your authenticated Momentum AMS account.
• Active Web Page Structure (DOM): When activated on a website, the Extension reads the structure of the active web page (specifically form fields and input boxes) to map and inject the appropriate AMS data. We do not track your general web browsing history or read pages where the extension is not actively utilized.
• User Identity: Your authentication token is used to securely connect the Extension to your specific Momentum AMS instance.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information processed by the Extension is used strictly to provide its core features:

• Autofilling Forms: We use the retrieved AMS data to automatically populate web forms on third-party websites, saving you time.
• Field Mapping: The Extension saves your mapping preferences (e.g., remembering which AMS data field corresponds to a specific website's input box) to improve future autofill accuracy.
• Authentication: To verify you are an authorized user of the Momentum AMS platform.

3. Data Storage & Retention

The Extension acts as a secure conduit between your Momentum AMS account and the web pages you are filling out:

• Your core customer data remains securely stored within the Momentum AMS platform, subject to its standard data retention policies.
• The Extension does not permanently store sensitive customer data locally in your Chrome browser beyond what is necessary for the active session and your saved field-mapping preferences.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, AMS data, or browsing data to third parties. Data is only processed to bridge your AMS with the specific websites you choose to autofill.

• Your Organization: Account access and extension usage are governed by your agency's internal Momentum AMS permission settings.
• Service Providers: We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations to host the backend connection.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your Chrome browser and the Momentum AMS platform, ensuring your client data remains protected during the autofill process.
