Dashboard Improvements
Action Center – Change Requests
- Change Requests can now be viewed directly in the Action Center

- Easier visibility into service-related activity
- One central location for daily work items
Set Action Center as Default Tab
- You can now choose Action Center as your default dashboard tab

- Open directly into your work queue when logging in
- Faster access to tasks, service requests, opportunities, and change requests
Data Quality Tool Enhancements
Principals / Reps Missing Date of Birth
- New Data Quality view for identifying Principals or Representatives with missing Date of Birth
- Includes Batch Action support

- Faster bulk updates
Archived Insureds / Prospects
- Added optional Agency column
Especially useful for:
- Master agencies
- Multi-agency environments
Service Request Enhancements
Cards View
- Service Requests now support Cards View
- Available within detail pages

Search & Navigation Updates
Dynamic Search Configurator
- Added configuration options for available search result types

Agency Overview Report Links

Report Explanations + AI Assistant

- Agency Phone
This functionality will be available after an upcoming larger system update.
Platform Infrastructure
- Momentum API has been migrated to a major new .NET version
This is a backend performance and infrastructure update that improves long-term platform stability.
