Interactive Reports

Policies / Quotes By Billing Type

A new Policies / Quotes By Billing Type Interactive Report is now available.

This report provides an additional way to review policies and quotes based on their assigned billing types.

New Receivable Aging Reports

Two new Interactive Reports have been added to help agencies review outstanding receivables:

• Receivable Aging by Client – Review receivable aging information organized by client.
• Receivable Aging by Policy – Review receivable aging information organized by policy.

These reports provide additional options for reviewing outstanding receivables and identifying accounts or policies that may require follow-up.

Agency Commission Unearned – Additional Filters

The Agency Commission Unearned Interactive Report now includes additional filtering options.

New filters include:

• Total Comm Variance %
• Earned Comm Variance %
• Received to Earned Ratio
• Balance

These filters provide more flexibility when reviewing unearned agency commissions and identifying differences between commission amounts.

Motor Truck Cargo Enhancements

New Excluded Field

A new Excluded field has been added to Motor Truck Cargo information.

This provides an additional field for identifying exclusion-related information within Motor Truck Cargo records.

Motor Truck Cargo Information on Policy and Quote Details

Motor Truck Cargo information is now displayed within the Policy / Quote Details Info area.

This follows a similar approach to how vehicle and driver information is displayed, making Motor Truck Cargo information more accessible when reviewing a policy or quote.

Billing and Invoicing

Broker Invoices – Batch Change Due Date

A new Batch Change Due Date option has been added for Broker Invoices within Invoices / Receipts.

This allows users to update due dates for multiple Broker Invoices through a batch action rather than modifying each invoice individually.

General Liability and Workers Compensation

Improved Prefill for Manual Insert

When manually inserting General Liability or Workers Compensation information, Momentum AMS now provides additional prefill capabilities.

Enhancements include:

• Prefilling the SIC code from the Insured record.
• Prefilling the NAIC code from the Insured record.
• Prefilling other available fields using information from CL Rating Data.

These improvements help reduce repetitive data entry when information is already available within the insured's records.

Vehicle Management

Vehicle Grid – View Details and Linked Session Information

New functionality has been added to the Vehicles grid.

Users can now:

• Open a View Details modal from the grid actions.
• Check linked session information associated with a vehicle record.

These additions provide easier access to vehicle details and related session information.

Insured Management

Clone Insured

A new Clone Insured action is now available from the Insured Details page.

This provides an additional option for creating an insured record based on an existing insured.

Dynamic Search

New Property Search Shortcut – @PPTY

Dynamic Search now supports the @PPTY shortcut for property-related searches.

Dynamic Search Shortcode Reference

A dedicated page is now available listing the supported Dynamic Search shortcodes.

This provides a reference for users who want to take advantage of the available search shortcuts.

Boat Visualization Improvements

Additional improvements have been made to boat visualization within Momentum AMS.

These updates include refinements related to:

• Engine information
• Coverage display
• Other boat visualization details

These changes improve how boat-related information is presented.

Custom Panels

Assigned Record Counts

Custom Panels now include the ability to check the number of assigned records.

This provides additional visibility into how many records are associated with a Custom Panel.

Email Enhancements

Send Email – CC and BCC Options

The Send Email modal now includes additional recipient options:

• CC – Carbon Copy
• BCC – Blind Carbon Copy

These additions provide more flexibility when sending emails directly from Momentum AMS.

Agent Commission Enhancements

Agent Commissions List – New Search Filters

The Agent Commissions List now includes two additional search filters:

• Balance
• End. Effective Date

These filters provide additional options for locating and reviewing agent commission records.

Agent Commission Statements – Generate Files per Location

Agent Commission Statements now include the ability to Generate Files per Location.

This provides an additional file-generation option when working with agent commission statements.

Quote Management

Show Capital Premium Finance

A new Show Capital Premium Finance action has been added to the Quotes List and Quote Details.

This functionality is similar to the option already available for policies.
