Momentum AMS – Release Notes – October 1, 2026

Data Quality – Find Potential Duplicate Vehicles

The Data Quality Tools now include the ability to identify potential duplicate vehicle records.

This provides agencies with another way to review their AMS data and identify vehicle records that may require cleanup or consolidation.

Interactive Reports – AI Analyzer

An AI Analyzer is now available for several Interactive Reports, including many reports within Agency Focus.

The AI Analyzer can:

• Provide an AI-generated summary of the report
• Allow users to enter their own custom prompts to analyze the report information

This gives agencies another way to interpret and explore the information available within Interactive Reports.

Interactive Reports – Insured and Prospect Statistics

Insureds / Prospects By * Interactive Reports now include a Show Stats option.

This provides an additional way to review summary statistics alongside report results.

Auto Liability Limits Report Enhancements

The Auto Liability Limits Interactive Report has been expanded with additional information and export capabilities.

New columns include:

• Carrier
• MGA
• Policy Effective Date
• Policy Expiration Date
• Value

An export option has also been added.

Manual Data Import – New Version

An initial version of the updated Manual Data Import process is now available.

The new import experience currently supports several record types, including:

• Insureds
• Prospects
• Vehicles
• Drivers

This provides additional options for bringing data into Momentum AMS through the manual import process.

IVANS Sessions – Global Created and Updated Records List

A new global Created / Updated Records List is available for IVANS Sessions.

This can be accessed from the global Carrier Downloads list and provides a centralized way to review records associated with IVANS download sessions.

Policy Details – Advanced Change Insured Settings

The Change Insured action within Policy Details now includes Advanced Settings.

These settings provide more refined control over how different types of related items are handled when moving a policy to another insured or prospect.

Vehicles – Total Amounts

Vehicle records now include a Total Amounts option, providing additional summary information when reviewing vehicle data.

Faster Access to Info Centers

On the Details pages for:

• Insureds
• Prospects
• Policies
• Quotes

you can now click the name or number displayed in the page header to open the corresponding Info Center.

This provides a quicker way to move from the Details page to additional information about the record.

Policies and Quotes – Agency Retained Commission

The Policies / Quotes List now includes additional commission information:

• Agency Retained Commission
• Agency Retained Commission Rcvd

These fields provide additional visibility into retained commission directly from the Policies and Quotes lists.

Custom Fields Preview Layout

The Custom Fields Preview now allows information to be displayed using:

• 1 column
• 2 columns
• 3 columns

This provides greater flexibility when organizing and previewing custom field information.

Commission Payment Transfers Between Endorsements

Additional improvements have been made to moving commission payments between endorsements.

The updated process can now better handle situations where a commission does not already exist and allows the commission payment to be transferred directly under an endorsement while creating the necessary commission.

Commercial Lines Rating Data

Two additional fields are now available within CL Rating Data:

• Description
• NAICS Description

Endorsement-Related Lists – Currency Support

Endorsement-related lists now include an optional Currency column.

Amounts within these lists will also display the appropriate currency symbol based on the applicable currency.

Certificate Holder Info Center – Contacts

The Certificate Holder Info Center now includes a new Contacts tab, providing an additional location for viewing and managing contact information associated with certificate holders.

Broker Invoices – CSV Export

Broker Invoices can now be exported to CSV using the Quick Export option with checkboxes.

This makes it easier to select invoice information and export it for additional review or use outside Momentum AMS.

Renewal Center – Start Date Adjustment

The Renewal Center start date has been adjusted to begin one day before the current date.

Reporting Performance Update

Reports that include note counters now load that information from a separate database.

This is a behind-the-scenes update to how note-count information is retrieved within applicable reports.

Summary

The October 1, 2026 release expands several areas of Momentum AMS, with notable additions including potential duplicate vehicle detection, AI Analyzer for Interactive Reports, the updated Manual Data Import experience, global IVANS created/updated record tracking, Broker Invoice CSV exports, and enhanced policy and commission workflows.

The release also includes smaller usability improvements throughout Policies, Quotes, Vehicles, Certificate Holders, Renewal Center, Custom Fields, and endorsement-related lists.
