How to Use Batch Actions in Momentum AMS

Bulk Actions Overview
  Bulk Actions in Momentum AMS allow you to update or process multiple records at once. Instead of working record by record, you can select multiple insureds, policies, or tasks and apply changes with a single action. This helps agencies save time, stay consistent, and streamline their workflows.

How Bulk Actions Work

  1. Navigate to the list view where you want to perform bulk actions (Insureds, Policies, or Tasks).

  2. Click the checkbox at the top left of the list to activate bulk mode.

    • This enables checkboxes next to each record.

  3. Select the records you want to include.

  4. Click the stacked sheets icon (Bulk Actions).

  5. Choose the action you want to apply from the dropdown menu.

? Bulk Actions must be activated by clicking the first checkbox — until then, the menu will not appear.

Bulk Actions for Insureds

From the Insureds list, you can:

• Assign Agents / CSRs
• Remove Agents
• Replace Agent
• Change State
• Change Agency Location
• Change Custom Field Values
• Change Active Status
• Change Referral Source
• Change Type of Business
• Change CL Rating Data

  • Always double-check selections before applying a bulk action — changes affect all selected records.
