By leveraging trained Professional Remote Operators (PROs) who are fully integrated with Momentum AMS workflows, agencies can expand capacity, improve service delivery, and reduce overhead — without adding in-house headcount.

PRO Capabilities

Momentum PROs are trained to handle a wide range of non-sales insurance functions, including:

  • Medellín, Colombia – Full-time and part-time PROs, bilingual support (English/Spanish).

  • Philippines – Full-time and part-time PROs, specializing in compliance and administrative tasks.


Pricing

  • Full-Time PRO: $2,650/month (35 hours per week).

  • Part-Time PRO: $1,500/month (20 hours per week).

  • Onboarding Fee: $800 (includes recruitment, training, and equipment).

Pricing is standardized across all staffing locations.


Commitment & Contracts

  • Initial commitment: 3 months.

  • After that: Month-to-month, extendable in 3-month blocks.

  • Agencies may switch PROs or add new staff as needs evolve.

  • The onboarding fee covers all setup costs (not itemized).


Training & Quality Assurance

  • Training – Cohort-based for cost efficiency and consistency. Includes Momentum AMS workflows, insurance terminology, and agency SOPs.

  • Performance Monitoring – Managed through Insightful.ai for productivity tracking.

  • Quality Reviews – Conducted regularly by dedicated Client Success Managers.

All PROs complete their training through Momentum University, Momentum AMP’s structured education platform.
