Introducing a New Efficiency Tool
Momentum AMS agents can now seamlessly submit Home and Auto Quote Applications directly to PL Rating.
How to Submit to PL Rating:
- Navigate to the Application: Open a Home or Auto application within Momentum AMS.
- Select PL Rating: From the "Process Data" dropdown menu, choose the "PL Rating" option.
- Submission Confirmation: Upon submission, you'll receive a confirmation message indicating that PL Rating has received your application.
A Note on Authentication:
Please be aware that PL Rating does not authenticate initially. Your submitted quote will be held in a temporary state until you claim it by authenticating. Once claimed, it will be saved to your PL Rating account.
Current Limitations and Future Enhancements:
While we are actively working with PL Rating to enable the bridging of quotes back into Momentum AMS, this functionality is not currently available.
Quick and Easy Application Creation:
You can effortlessly create Home or Auto applications in just a few simple steps:
- Utilize Existing Policies: Start with an existing policy and manually create a new one.
- Leverage Insured Items: Take advantage of pre-filled data from Insured Items to expedite the process.
- Integrate with Custom Websites: Map Form JSON fields to save vehicle, driver, and property data directly into Insured Items.
Additional Considerations:
Currently, converting custom JSON forms (like Gravity Forms) into Rater-ready applications is primarily supported for Quote Rush, as it accepts JSON format. For other raters, Acord XML format is typically required.
