Accessing the Navigation Palette

You can access the Navigation Palette in a few convenient ways:

  • Palette Icon: Click the Navigation Palette icon ( [insert icon image here] ) located at the top of your screen, next to the "+" button.
  • Type "Menu": Start typing the word "menu" in the global search bar, and the Navigation Palette will appear as a search result.
  • Keyboard Shortcut: Press CTRL+M to instantly open the Navigation Palette.

The Palette Configurator

Personalizing your Navigation Palette is simple with the Palette Configurator. Here's how it works:

  1. Open the Configurator: Click the "Configure" button within the Navigation Palette to access the configuration options.
  2. Add Items: Choose from a wide range of items to add to your palette, including:
    • NowCerts Menu Items: Quickly access any module or feature within NowCerts.
    • Reports: Add shortcuts to your frequently used reports.
    • Pages: Include links to important pages within Momentum.
    • External Links: Add links to any external websites or resources you use regularly.
  3. Organize with Sections: Create custom sections to group related items together. For example, you could create sections for "Client Management," "Policy Servicing," "Marketing," or any other category that suits your workflow.
  4. Drag and Drop: Easily rearrange items within your palette and sections using drag-and-drop functionality.

Sections within the Navigation Palette provide a powerful way to organize your shortcuts and keep your palette tidy and efficient.

  • Create Meaningful Groups: Group related items together for easy access.
