Momentum Userguiding

  1. Accessing UserGuiding:
    Locate the 'Additional Help' tab on the right side of your Momentum AMS screen. Click on it to open the UserGuiding panel.

  2. Navigating the Panel:
    Once the panel slides out, you’ll see two main sections:

    • Folders: These contain grouped items for specific topics or workflows.

    • Guides: These are standalone step-by-step tutorials designed to walk you through individual tasks.

  3. Selecting a Guide:
    Browse the list of available guides. Click on a guide that aligns with what you want to learn, such as:

    • Creating Insureds

    • Managing Tasks

    • Performing Carrier Downloads

  4. Following the Guide:
    Once the guide opens, follow the on-screen instructions. Each step will highlight specific parts of the system or actions you need to perform.

  5. Using Tooltips:
    Pay attention to the tooltips that appear throughout the guide. These provide helpful tips and additional context for the tasks.

  6. Completing the Guide:
    After completing all the steps, review the final summary or instructions. Some guides may offer additional resources or links for further learning.

  7. Revisit Guides as Needed:
    If you need a refresher, return to the 'Additional Help' tab and revisit any guide at your convenience.

  8. Contacting Support:
    If you encounter any issues or have further questions, reach out to the Momentum AMS support team for assistance.

By using these guides, you can quickly become proficient in Momentum AMS and confidently handle all your tasks!
