Step 1: Accessing Momentum ToolBox
- Log in to Momentum AMS with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Momentum ToolBox section from the main menu.
- Use the search bar or scroll through the available tools to find the function you need.
Step 2: Extracting Data from Documents
Momentum ToolBox provides multiple scanning tools that automatically extract data from insurance-related documents.
Extracting Certificate of Insurance Data
- Select Certificate of Insurance Scan from the ToolBox.
- Click Get Started to upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- The tool will extract relevant data and generate a CSV file.
- Download the CSV file and import it into Momentum AMS to update certificate holders.
Extracting Acord and Declaration Page Data
- Click on Acord and Dec Pages Scan from the ToolBox.
- Upload your Acord form or policy declaration page.
- The tool will analyze the document and extract insured and policy details.
- Review the extracted data and click Continue to save it into Momentum AMS.
Extracting Premium Finance Agreement (PFA) Data
- Open PremFi (PFA) Scan from the ToolBox.
- Upload the premium finance agreement document.
- The system will extract policy and insured data.
- Click Get Started to update insured records automatically in Momentum AMS.
Step 3: Comparing and Summarizing Policies
Momentum ToolBox also provides tools to compare and analyze policy details efficiently.
Comparing Multiple Policies
- Select Policy Comparison from the ToolBox.
- Upload multiple policy dec pages or quote letters.
- The tool will compare coverages, limits, and policy details side by side.
- Click Continue to save or download the comparison for review.
Generating Policy Summaries
- Click on Policy/Quote Analyzer and Summary from the ToolBox.
- Upload your policy dec page or quote letter.
- The system will generate a structured summary highlighting key fields.
- Click Continue to save the summary in Momentum AMS or export it as needed.
Step 4: Managing Commission Data
- Navigate to Commission Scan in the ToolBox.
- Upload a PDF commission report.
- The tool extracts data and converts it into a CSV file.
- Download the CSV file and import it into Momentum AMS for commission reconciliation.
Step 5: Automating Data Enrichment
Momentum ToolBox offers third-party integrations to enhance data accuracy.
Adding Industry Classification Codes
- Open Classification Codes (NAICS) from the ToolBox.
- Enter customer details or upload an insured list.
- The system will append NAICS codes to categorize clients by industry.
- Click Continue to save the updated records.
Prefilling Vehicle Information
- Select Vehicle Prefill from the ToolBox.
- Enter vehicle details or VIN numbers.
- The tool retrieves and populates the necessary information.
- Click Get Started to update insured vehicle records.
Step 6: Sending Documents for E-Signatures
- Open E-Signature in the ToolBox.
- Upload the document that needs to be signed.
- Enter recipient details and set signature requirements.
- Click Continue to send the document for signature.

- Carrier Rate Service Rating: Provides unbiased ratings on insurance companies.
- Rate Risk Appetite Tool: Generates instant risk appetite insights based on classification codes, policy type, and state.
