Lightspeed Voice Integration


Momentum streamlines your insurance transactions, and when integrated with Lightspeed Voice, it automates your workflow for seamless communication and efficiency. This step-by-step guide will help you get started with the setup process.

With this integration, you’ll gain:
Call Pop-Ups – Instantly receive call pop-ups with contact record when answering
a new call.
Seamless Data Access – Easily access call data, recordings, texts, and emails
within Momentum.
AI-Powered Insights – When enabled, Lightspeed Voice’s AI assistant, NOVA,
automatically loads Smart Summary and Call Sentiment into Momentum, giving
you valuable insights after each call.

Step 1: Install Orbit
1. Download the Installer
• Sign in to Lightspeed Voice.
• Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
• Select the appropriate installer for your operating system (Mac or Windows).
2. Run the Installer
• Execute the downloaded file.
• Admin permissions may be required.
• Otherwise, sign in with your Lightspeed Voice credentials.

Step 2: Configure Lightspeed Voice Integration

1. Navigate to Integrations
• Go to the Lightspeed Voice dashboard.
• Navigate to Management → Lead Settings → Integrations.

2. Create a New Integration (If not auto-configured)
• Click the plus (+) symbol in the top-right corner.
• Enter a name for the integration.
• Select Momentum as the vendor.
• Click Get Started.
3. Assign Users
• Assign at least one user in the Users section.

Step 3: Connect Lightspeed Voice to Momentum

1. Authenticate the Connection
• In the upper-right corner, go to My Authentication, and click Authenticate.
• Enter your Momentum credentials.
• This establishes the connection between Lightspeed Voice and Momentum.
2. Enable Triggers
• Under Triggers, choose which triggers you would like Enabled for this
integration.

Step 4: Configure Orbit Settings

1. Open Orbit App. 
a. Log in to Orbit.
b. Click your icon in the upper-right corner and select Integrations/Call
Pops.
2. Enable Call Pops
a. Under Call Pop Settings, if set to None, click the dropdown and select
either Inbound, Outbound, or All.

Step 5: Install the Chrome Extension (For Click2Call)


1. Open Chrome Web Store. 

a. Visit the Chrome Extensions Store.
b. Search for Lightspeed Voice.
2. Install and Enable
a. Click Add to Chrome.
b. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Step 6: Troubleshooting
Call Pops Not Working?
o Ensure Orbit is running.
o Check if the integration is connected.
o Verify the Call Pop Settings are enabled.
• How to Check if Orbit is Running?
o Windows: Check the taskbar's hidden icons.
o Mac: Look for the Orbit icon in the dock.
Triggers Not Functioning?
o Ensure triggers are enabled in the integration settings.
