The Certificate of Insurance scan tool in the Momentum toolbox allows users to quickly extract data from one or multiple Accord 25 forms and convert it into a CSV file for easy upload.
Step 1: Access the Certificate of Insurance Scan Tool
- Log into Momentum AMS.
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and scroll down to Momentum AMP.
- Click on Momentum Toolbox.
- Select Certificate Scan to open the tool.
Step 2: Upload the Accord 25 Form(s)
- Click Browse PDF to select a file from your computer.
- Alternatively, drag and drop one or multiple Accord 25 forms into the designated area.
Step 3: Start the Data Extraction Process
- Click Upload to begin processing the certificate(s).
- The AI will analyze the document and extract the relevant data automatically.
Step 4: Review and Provide Feedback
- Once the extraction is complete, review the extracted data.
- If needed, provide feedback to refine the AI’s accuracy.
Step 5: Check the Status in the History Tab
- Click on the History Tab from the left-hand menu.
- Here, you can view the status of the uploaded documents:
- In Progress – The system is still processing the document.
- Completed – The extraction is finished, and the data is ready for review.
Step 6: Download the Extracted Data
- Once the process is complete, review the extracted information.
- Download the CSV file, which contains the certificate holder details and other relevant data.
Step 7: Import Data into Momentum
- Go to the Data Import Tool within Momentum.
- Select the CSV file you downloaded.
- Follow the import steps to integrate the extracted certificate holder information into the AMS.
