      How to see Policy Notes

      A user can quickly and easily see notes at the bottom of a insured or policy details screen

      Viewing Policy Notes:

      1. From the Insured Details Screen:

        • Navigate to the insured details screen.
        • Go to the "Notes" section.
        • Every note linked to a policy will display the associated policy number within the note.

      2. From the Policy Details Screen:

        • Go to the policy details.
        • Select the "#Notes" section to view all notes linked to that specific policy.
