If you’ve previously unsubscribed from your Momentum AMS subscription and wish to resubscribe, follow these simple steps to reactivate your account.
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
- Enter your email address and password associated with your account.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgotten Password?” link to reset it.
Step 2: Navigate Your "Subscription & Payments" Page
Once logged in, you will automatically land on your "Subscription & Payments" page.*If you need to update the card that we have on file associated with your account, please select "change credit card details" and follow the prompts before proceeding.*
- From the dropdown menu, select the plan that best aligns with your agency's needs.
- Click on “Create Subscription"
Step 3: Confirmation
After successfully resubscribing, you will receive a receipt via email, and your account will reflect your active subscription. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
