Modify Subscription Billing

Depending on the type of billing you are on, whether it be the old grandfathered-in plans or one of Momentum AMS new pricing plans, will determine how you would adjust your billing. Below are the step-by-step instructions depending on which plan you are on.

Annual Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a paid annual (PIF) subscription, you can remove user access at any time without issue. However, please notify us if you intend to increase or decrease the number of user slots, so we can adjust the proration accordingly. We cannot reduce the number of user slots until access has been removed.
