      Modifying the Left Navigational Menu.

      Modifying the Left Navigational Menu is easily done in each user account.

      Modifying Left Navigational Menu in Loom

      1. Accessing Agent Profile

        • Click on pull-down menu to the right of your name in the top right corner.

        • Select details.

        • or if you an admin select "Agent Profile".

      2. Editing Menu

        • Click on the green "Edit" button in the top right.

        • Scroll down toward the left details page of the edit agent.

      3. Modifying Menu Permissions

        • Locate "Dashboard Main Menu Permissions" section.

        • Find the "Main Menu Permissions" at the bottom of the widget.

        • Use the pull-down menu to uncheck items you don't want to see in the left navigational menu.

      4. Updating Changes

        • Scroll down to the bottom left of the page.

        • Click on "Update" to save the changes.

      5. Viewing Updated Menu

        • After updating, the unchecked items will no longer be visible in the left navigational menu.

        • This affects the left menu of the user only.
