Creating Carrier Hyperlinks in Momentum AMS for Quick Policy Access.

These hyperlinks are used to the Carrier Agent portals which give users quick access to policy details within the Carrier's portal.

Creating Hyperlinks for Carrier Sites in Contacts and Carriers

1. Accessing Contacts and Carriers

   • Navigate to Contacts and Carriers to manage carrier sites.

2. Adding or Editing Carrier Information

   • In the add new or edit screen, enter the necessary details.

   • Include the NAIC name

   • scroll down to find fields for Agent Portal URL, Username, Password, and Agency ID.

3. Creating Hyperlinks

   • Entering this information will generate hyperlinks that can be accessed in Contacts and Rolodex.

4. Accessing Carrier Websites in Client Profiles

   • In a Client profile, locate the desired policy.

   • Under Actions, select Carrier Website to access the hyperlink for the carrier site.

   • This feature streamlines access to carrier websites for direct appointments.
